In her ceramic sculptures Jessica Moroni transforms the body into landscape, a place of protection and metamorphosis. Her forms, between vegetable and animal, organise themselves into an intimate geography where care becomes a language and fragility is a generative principle.

Clay, a material at once tender and resistant, embodies the ambivalence of refuge as a space that welcomes and holds. Each work is a porous threshold between human and natural, memory and rebirth, in which the artist entrusts matter with the task of preserving what cannot be said.

Moroni deepens her reflection on dwelling as a protective gesture, building a bridge toward the exploration of the concept of protection, when domestic intimacy becomes currency. Together, her sculptures form a quiet community of mothers — human, animal, elemental — bound by the same matter and the same gesture of care.

Nelle sculture in ceramica Jessica Moroni trasforma il corpo in paesaggio, luogo di protezione e metamorfosi. Le sue forme, tra vegetale e animale, si organizzano in una geografia intima dove la cura si fa linguaggio e la fragilità diventa principio generativo.

La ceramica, materia al contempo tenera e resistente, restituisce l'ambivalenza del rifugio come spazio che accoglie e trattiene. Ogni opera è una soglia porosa tra umano e naturale, memoria e rinascita, in cui l'artista affida alla materia il compito di custodire ciò che non può essere detto.

Moroni approfondisce così la riflessione sull'abitare come gesto protettivo, creando un ponte verso l'esplorazione del concetto di protezione, quando l'intimità domestica diventa merce.
